TYG has four team levels (Pre-Team A.K.A. Pink, Violet, Blue, and Platinum) with Platinum being the highest skill level.
The Pre-Team class is to prepare gymnasts for team competition. Practices are held twice a week, where skills (e.g., round off, back handsprings, cartwheels on beam, pullovers, and squat on) are refined and mastered.
Violet, Blue, and Platinum teams practice twice a week to prepare for competitions and develop new skills. Gymnasts perform individual routines on each event to showcase their strengths. Competition season runs from November through March, with mandatory training beginning September 1st.
Our purpose is to offer fun, safe, and affordable gymnastics for those looking to compete or just looking to be active and try something new!
Practices are 3 hours long.
*A tryout is mandatory for participation on this team.

This team is available to gymnasts ages fourteen to eighteen years old who are currently enrolled in a high school curriculum. Practices are held three to four days a week to prepare for competitions and develop skills. Individual routines are performed on each event according to the gymnast's individual strengths. The competition season is from November to March.
Whether you are trying this sport for the first time or already have competitive gymnastics experience, our co-op team is a fun and supportive environment for all levels.
Practices are 3 hours long.
*Must attend one of the co-op member schools to participate. Schools include: Vassar, Reese, Caro, Millington, Kingston, Frankenmuth, Akron-Fairgrove, and Bay City Central.

Tuscola Youth Gymnastics is proud to now offer an AAU Women's Gymnastics Team! Athletes ages eighteen and up can complete is one of the six AAU Xcel Gymnastics levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Sapphire). Gymnasts will learn the required skills for each level and travel to competitions, including AAU Districts in April. The competition season is from November to March.
Practices are TBD long.
