The Toddler Time class is energy-filled fun for parents with children two to three years old. This weekly class is filled with movement and learning, with an age-appropriate curriculum designed to promote early development of fine motor skills. This hands-on class is full of activities for the parent and the toddler to do together.

Our preschool class encourages children to explore and participate independently while a parent observes nearby. This weekly class supports active learning as children ages three to five develop motor and social-emotional skills. The class includes opportunities for group activities and individual skill building by using age-appropriate equipment. The equipment is introduced through obstacle courses and drills as a way to help build motor skills. A parent/guardian must remain at the facility for the duration of the class.

Beginner is the class for you if you are five years or older and have little or no gymnastics experience, but want to start on your path as a gymnast. This weekly class is the starting point for all students who are ready to learn and be introduced to all areas of gymnastics: vault, bars, beam, and floor. The student will be using the gymnastics equipment as a beginner, with a focus on the basics and techniques of the sport. They will learn forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands on the floor. Also, students will learn how to walk on the balance beam and variations of walking and kicking to build confidence.
To meet the needs of families' busy schedules, we offer multiple sessions of this class. When registering, you will choose and attend this class one day per week.

In the Advanced Beginner class, the gymnasts build on the skills they learned in the Beginner class. This weekly class includes all four events (vault, bars, beam, floor), where gymnasts will learn tumbling skills like round-offs, bridge kick-overs, and the dance aspect of gymnastics (leaps, jumps, etc.). Additional skills learned in this class include: round-off on the vault and beam, jumps, and turns on the beam. As students advance, they will learn how to jump to the high bar. This level is for gymnasts who have some experience and are comfortable on all events.

Please call us or talk to your current coach before registering your child for this class. This class is a skill-based class, not necessarily based on age.
This class is for gymnasts who have come to exceed the basics of gymnastics. The Intermediate class includes all four events (vault, bars, beam, floor) where gymnasts have an opportunity to improve their basic skills and begin working on more advanced skills. Coaches will provide feedback to improve form.

This class is 1 hour and 30 minutes long.
Boys ages six through fourteen will engage in strength training by exploring the elements of gymnastics. This class is coached by an energetic instructor who will structure the class to include elements of strength, flexibility, and agility, along with using the trampoline and gymnastics apparatuses (vault, bars, high bar, floor). This class is a mixture of gymnastics, military training exercises, ninja, and more.
This class is 1 hour long.
This class is for cheerleaders, gymnasts, or other athletes who want to improve their tumbling skills. The focus of this class is floor tumbling, but it also includes jumps and conditioning or drills that strengthen tumbling skills.
This class is 1 hour long.
Our Hot Shots class is designed for gymnasts who may be interested in joining our youth program. This weekly class includes all events, including flexibility and conditioning. This class is by invitation only. If you feel your child is interested, please email our gym director for additional information.
This class is 2 hours long.
This is a pre-team class to prepare gymnasts for team competition. Practices are held twice a week, where skills (e.g., round off, back handsprings, cartwheels on beam, pullovers, and squat on) are refined and mastered.
*A tryout is mandatory for participation on this team.
TYG has 6 team levels (Pink, Violet, Magenta, Blue, Platinum, and Diamond) with Platinum being the highest skill level. Mandatory tryouts are required to participate. Practices are held twice a week for athletes to prepare for competitions and develop skills. Individual routines are performed on each event to showcase each gymnast's individual strengths. Competition season occurs from November to March, but mandatory training begins on September 1st.

Gymnasts ages fourteen to eighteen years old and are currently enrolled in a high school curriculum. Practices are held three to four days a week to prepare for competitions and develop skills. Individual routines are performed on each event according to the gymnast's individual strengths. The competition season is from November to March.
*Must attend one of the co-op member schools to participate. Schools include: Vassar, Reese, Caro, Millington, Kingston, Frankenmuth, and Bay City Central.
