Our focus is on the development of every child's unique ability. We know that children learn at their own pace and we strive to recognize all goals and successes no matter how big or small. We will provide a safe and fun learning environment for all children regardless of age or ability.

Thank you to Tuscola County Community Foundation for granting us $7,675 to go towards new equipment and safety updates in our facility. Without the help from Andrews, Don Petro, and Janks Grant this could not have been possible.

Thank you to Cook's Chevrolet in Vassar for the wonderful donation of $2,000 to Tuscola Youth Gymnastics. The donation was used to purchase new mats for the gym.

The youth team was established about fifteen years ago and was designed as an extension of the high school program at Vassar High School. Since then TYG has grown and is a competing member of the Michigan Recreational Gymnastics League (MRGL).
Team try-outs are held at least once a year for gymnasts in first through eighth grade.

Our purpose is to offer fun, safe, and affordable gymnastics for those looking to compete or just looking to be active and try something new!

Vassar High School gymnastics was established in the early 1980's as a sport for female athletes to participate in. The program has expanded to include other schools in the Co-Op: Reese, Caro, Millington, Frankenmuth, Akron-Fairgrove, and Bay City Central.

These Varsity athletes have a variety of skills and training. They represent both their individual schools and the Co-Op team. Members of this team include gymnasts in 9th through 12th grade who attend one of the schools listed above.
